To End Abuses, Eliminate ICE and Give the Money to Police
Abolishing ICE would not end all deportations. But it would make them much more dependent on state and local cooperation, which would be a particular boon to “sanctuary” jurisdictions like Boston.

We’re past that point. It’s time for active loud protest in front of theses businesses

A good thread to read before the Olympic women’s figure skating short program today 🧵 #figureskating ⛸️
The Olympic women's short program is today, and this is my preview / reminder for those who may be wondering what happened since the last Olympics.

At the last Olympics, as many of you know, the breathless talk of the commentators was about women doing quad jumps! Wow! Amazing!

People don’t realise how massive the impact on people’s personal expression - and overall freedoms - will be, with previously affordable tech being hogged by AI / data centers. The billionaires’ cretinification of society is going according to plan.
A really funny game to play now if you upgraded your PC in the last few years is to check the price of equivalent components now. The RAM I paid £279 for in 2024 is now £1059 on the same store lmao

They’re using “prepare” as a synonym for “expect” here, but I really think there’s a distinction:

We spend trillions on infrastructure designed to last decades, so if you’re EXPECTING 3° you probably should be PREPARING for 5-6° to cover tail risks
