First game of the year for me is Judgment. RGG games always hit for me around this time of year - it's fun to just get immersed on these games' soap opera-style stories, and this one's great!

2025 was a mixed year for me. I find myself proud that I've stuck through the rougher parts of the year as well as everything I've accomplished this year.
Progress in life is never linear. Every year brings challenges and triumphs, and there's immense in recognizing both as we move forward.

I am very sad to report that I will not be able to attend Combo Breaker in 2026 due to family commitments taking place that same weekend.

Soraya Saga just announced her retirement from video game writing. After being Xenogears & Xenosaga she was still around in the background and took more of a backseat role to her husband, giving ideas and such.
