Don't let all the advanced protest advice threads intimidate you into not showing up.
You don't need to be an expert. It's OK to bring your phone most of the time (biometrics off).
You don't need saline for eye rinses. No milk. Bottled water is fine, and lots of it. Quantity matters more than pH.
