NYCC is definitely the Best time to post that I will be taking 3 months off of my day job to study for the bar exam this winter.

reminds me of the halcyon days of movie pass and having a blast with logan lucky - as a huge fan of kirsten dunst and retail archeology this was so fun. there are parts of this that drag but very fun for a mystery movie and i loved most of the accuracy to 2004 although there is a pringles can from this most recent logo redesign….

The Disabled Internet logo is a modified accessibility initiative logo but the head has a smiley face and the individual is crossing their fingers. J CASSAR (they/them) is a writer, editor, creative professional, and music industry skeptic currently based in Baltimore. J's writing has appeared in Alternative Press, MTV News, and across countless press kits and artist biographies. J was the Managing Editor of Modern Vinyl, a vinyl-centric news and criticism blog, and a co-host of its award-winning, spinoff-inducing podcast, having made live appearances at SXSW's inaugural Podcast Stage, various independent record stores, NYC's Union Hall, and other venues. ‍ J helped found the independent record label Near Mint while attending the University of Virginia, overseeing cassette and vinyl releases, as well as artist and press relations, from 2014 to 2017. Under their former management company rumblepak, J oversaw the creation of artist websites, project plans, and management schedules for creatives of all sizes. Other ventures included the zero-profit distro Moon Physics, a stint as Label Manager for Boston-area Take This to Heart Records, and the financial backer of Grim Year Wednesdays, an artist performance and interview livestream series held during COVID lockdown. Born with cerebral palsy, J has been interviewed for their perspective on venue accessibility, and also frequently written personal essays on the subject, most notably for the shuttered blog PropertyofZack. All websites built by J have and will pass Section 508 accessibility testing. Satisfied and repeat customers for all this work and more have included Sony Music Entertainment, Mom+Pop, Counter Intuitive Records, Slaughter Beach, Dog, Free Throw, Gully Boys, VIAL, Super American, Lehigh Valley Apparel Creations, Origami Angel, I Set My Friends on Fire, and endless others.
