True story, Bernie Kerik once tried to pitch me an op-ed he had written, and I just asked him to prove he was really Bernie Kerik. He said he'd get back to me but never did 😂

(and it was definitely really him, email checked out and the piece was some pro-fascist garbage, I don't recall specifics)

Bernie Kerik is one of the worst characters of our time. He was carrying on an affair as police commissioner using an apartment specially reserved for 9/11 crews clearing debris from Ground Zero. He was a convicted felon and helped wreck Iraq. He deserved precisely zero tributes in public life.

Everyone's money spends! If a company wants to sell to every demographic, they need to understand every demo, they need to employ every demo.

And that's just the easiest upside to explain, there are many documented positives from true workplace inclusion
