It should always be celebrated when anyone arrives at the correct position. There can be criticism for certain aspects but what we want is to get as many people on board with the correct positions as possible. That is how you grow and change.

I tried playing A Little To The Left.

I think I've found my cozy game limit. Unpacking was as far as I can handle without just passing iut. Sorry A Little To The Left. You're clearly well designed, but you're not for me.

The number of people I'm seeing online absolutely crashing out about moot is telling me something. Not sure what it is but it's certainly telling me something.

This isn't mine, and I can't definitively find the original source. But I love this little bit of wisdom:

"If you're a fifteen-minute walk from a coffee shop, but the server there has to drive an hour to get to work, you don't live in a walkable city. You live in a theme park."
For all the fearmongering about capital flight from New York City, there’s an exodus few want to talk about: working people.

Sky-high rents and outrageous child care costs are already pushing families out of the city they keep running.

That’s what we have to change.

It’s the 1990s. I’m trying to explain many abuses we see at Ruby Ridge and Waco reflect entrenched practices of law enforcement.

It’s the 2000s. I’m trying to explain many abuses we see under the PATRIOT ACT reflect entrenched practices of American law enforcement.

It’s 2025. Guess the fuck what.

This is cool because they explain their methodology and it's r just the crossroads of the opinions of just a few writers and very much not the critic-tested, numbered and ranked list of the most agreed upon games ever.

There's a wave of new individual websites happening. I'm trying to catch it.

More importantly: a list feature with 68 game recommendations all on a single page with no ads.

I saw lots of idiotic anti-game gamers were hating Highguard before it even released and it is free so I downloaded it. Still not sure if it's quite my style of game but I had fun. You get to ride a horse. That's fun.

I watched Square One when it debuted when I was 4 years old. By the time I was in first grade a year and a half later, I had learned all the math they would spend 1st-3rd grade teaching. All of it. I made a specific mental note that in 4th grade they finally got past me at 5yo because of Square One.

I'm going to say a couple of things about Alex Pretti's handgun, that I don't think people who do not shoot will initially understand.

This photo was almost immediately distributed by the feds. I think that doing so was, for them and their attempt to whitewash the murder, a *huge* error.

The thing that most illustrates how little personal media boycotts matter is that every year more people say they're boycotting the Superbowl for a wide variety of reasons and every year they get like 110 Million viewers.

Maybe shouting into the wind but stop saying that whatever punishment you want for ICE is "the moderate position."

No it isn't. If it was, this wouldn't be happening. Accept that your views are pointedly in one direction and own it. It's ok. You're still probably right in your views.

I have been actively involved in protest movements for 24 years. I have never seen anything approaching this scale. Minneapolis is not accepting what's happening here. ICE fucking murdered a woman for participating in this, and all that did is bring out more people, from more walks of life.

I think the pipeline is going to be fans come into wrestling watching the WWE, and then when they start getting bored with WWE they will look outside WWE and find AEW. Some will stay with AEW. This used to be the indie pipeline, but a lot of indie fans are only indie fans these days.

I remember how I was asked, live on German television, a mere 48 hours after No Kings II: “Why are there no protests?” And three months later, as the people of Minneapolis are standing in solidarity against the outrageous occupation of their city, I’m still getting that question in most interviews.
