If you know basic kabbalah it's actually not too hard to make a golem out of a labubu. Don't recommend it though. They have a pre-existing body-dharma. As soon as they wake they run straight for the sea. V hard to counter. Lost the first one. No idea what it's doing out there. Moved like lightning.

don't worry the other qrts have gotcha covered lol

what can you do but make content about your quirky LA marriage to the gay guy you met at fiddler on the roof
This is the first committed relationship Hoff has ever been in, though he says that he has “sampled” the proverbial offerings of the world. “They were literal samples,” he said. “There was never a full meal.”
Both parties felt a deep connection when they met, but neither had marriage on their minds. That began to change after Greenstone saw a spiritual healer — they do live in L.A., after all — who told her that she and Hoff shared a “spiritual umbilical cord.”

the lavender marriage article is actually more bizarre than you'd expect. one couple interviewed are like asexual lesbians so idk if that's expanding the concept of marriage just bc one of them stays at home. the m/f couple are unsurprisingly content makers. archive.ph/fnl0z#select...

what's the gender inclusive word for pillow princess? mattress monarch? linen liege?

it's truly brain spinning that that's the AI companies' argument too -- if they couldn't break copyright law they wouldn't exist!
dogunderwater.bsky.social
right like why are you in the business of making movies if you think the audience couldn't give a shit about what they're looking at.
dogunderwater.bsky.social
secondarily have some respect for your audience. i think the consumer absolutely cares if you put out slop or not.

blumhouse is full of highs and lows but like damn dude have some self respect. "content creation" come one. variety.com/2025/film/fe...
Q. As father of M3GAN, what did you make of recent headlines about AI actress Tilly Norwood?
A. Whatever you feel about AI, it’s here to stay. It’s very important to use it ethically and legally, and for the studios and the guilds to protect the copyright of the artists. But if we in Hollywood stick our heads in the sand and don’t use it at all, we’re going to cede content creation to other people. The consumer does not care if what they’re looking at is AI. We’ve got to embrace it, but ethically and legally.

I’m down to $450 still and need it in the next two hours. If you see this, any bit helps, but if you can’t donate, just reposting is also extremely helpful!

I sincerely thought I wouldn’t need to do this this week, but something fell through and now I need to raise $800 by Thursday to pay for our room and to get to and from work til next payday. If you’re able to spare anything, even a share, it would be tremendous.

Anything helps!

KPop Demon Hunters is a brilliant film, but it’s also lovely seeing its voice actors, songwriters, and singers become stars after years of struggling in the industry

It’s pretty bonkers this is not a real band, and EJAE (lead vocals) hadn’t performed in a decade until this

NEW: I wrote about Dallas City Hall. Designed by I.M. Pei, it's an incredible feat of architecture that was meant to embody progressivism and a new start after the JFK assassination. At the end of the month, city leaders could vote to tear it down: www.chron.com/culture/arti...
One of Texas' architectural masterpieces could soon face demolition
