Hey friends, if you are struggling with anxiety right now, especially the acute kind, I’ve got a list of things I do to help deal with mine.
1) Candy or juice with higher glucose. I usually keep some twizzlers or fruit slices around for it. Being freaked out takes energy that needs replaced.

5) Talking to people. Or your pet. Rubber duck debugging the brain does actually work, I’ve done it on occasion. It’s not my first choice, which would be talking to a friend, but it can work as a stopgap as long as you focus on venting the anxiety and not prolonging it.
