Quite simply, any mail-in voter must now place their ballot in the mail at least ONE WEEK sooner than they might have in previous years...or be encouraged to return them in person, if possible.

We need to message around this consistently from this point forward.

the reason people sometimes act madder at democrats than republicans when republicans do impossibly evil shit is the same reason why, if you hired an exterminator to handle a roach infestation and he showed up to feed and play with them instead, your first instinct wouldn’t be to yell at the roaches

matthew did a thread on why, when you call your representatives & senators, you can make life easier for yourself

your message does NOT have to be elaborate or detailed or polished
(i've just done this a lot — i used to really try to insist on people using much more precise wording, until one day, as I was leaving a podium, a kind MoC pulled me aside and was like "you're making it too complicated, we don't track that level of detail from those calls")

I’m so stoked that my original story Shifted is being published as part of this comic anthology, with artwork by Jody James Brenton. Seeing a piece of a story that’s only lived in my head and on the page for over a decade come to life to aid a dear cause was mind blowing! bit.ly/HorrorNotHate

I mask because I don't to get sick, sure. I don't want to become any more disabled than I am.

But the biggest reason is because I don't want to be part of a chain of transmission. I don't want to hurt anyone.
