I haven't read the book, but it's now on my radar.

A truly complicated mess that reminds me of the derivatives shell game that crashed the housing market in 2008. (Reminiscent in terms of complexity and subterfuge.)

The bigger issue is Mexican migrants becoming trans, getting pregnant, then having abortions even though they never took acetaminophen which would have caused the biracial babies to be born autistic. All paid for by US taxpayers!!!

People believe what they WANT to believe, and deliberately seek out (and embrace) content that affirms their biases. Currently there's an image of Trump, Epstein and a teenage Bondi circulating that I suspect is fake/AI "slop", given the lack of sources/credits.

On Oct. 11, 1979, the first episode of the revival of The Littlest Hobo debuted on CTV. Based off a 1958 movie and 1960s TV show, it aired for six seasons and 114 episodes.
With its famous theme song, it is beloved by generations of Canadians.
This is the story.

A collage featuring the title "The Littlest Hobo" in bold yellow letters, with four images of a German Shepherd dog: one sitting at a desk with papers, one standing near trees, one near a brick wall, and one in a natural outdoor setting with greenery, all set against a black background.

Convenience, but also price. I think that rule applies to a range of things, including wine and chocolate.

And just when I thought all serious R & D on kazoos had stalled comes this breakthrough! Seriously, it might be worth giving cellophane another look. All's well that ends oil ...

Those who think the world would end w/o plastic need to rediscover "true" cellophane. Plant-based and biodegradable, a perfect substitute for many applications.

Thanks. I think DJT is like a lunatic in a bar waving a gun. Just keep smiling and moving steadily to the door. Once out, run like hell.

The same 49th that Trump has described as "artificial"?

If you look at Trump's business dealings you'll see a pattern of not respecting (or abiding by) contracts. You will also see natl policies reflective of his personal whims and tantrums. I wouldn't put much faith in any contract that involves him.
