I definitely am trying to get back into a healthy regimen soon. I was doing hot yoga on a regular before my last 2 knee surgeries & I had a hard time getting back into it because of knee pain in various positions. I tried Pilates and luckily it had way less knee impact! Now just to get in a routine.
