I don't know enough to assess which control variables should have been in the study, but I'd say that is likely where any issues with the study will be found. The stat analysis seems okay.

The study was done in Denmark. They did not include family wealth as a covariate which seems problematic.

sure, this is great. But 90% of adults in the US won't know what a sycophant is.

This is sometimes the problems with Dems. You really need to use 8th grade vocabulary to get every day Americans to hear you and Dems just don;t seem to be aware of that.
