I just posted this for someone but wanted to share it with everyone. My version of the recipe is in the alt text. My friend @starlightmystic.bsky.social can attest they’re delicious and has probably made them hundreds of times.
Lentil tacos. This is a friend’s recipe. I altered it a bit in the alt text for how I would make them. Just swap the broth. They’re DELICIOUS.

the short version is, there have been some borderline or even full-on scams fundraising off of the last week's news on ActBlue, and ActBlue tried to pull the whole "we're just a tech platform, we can't control what people do" thing

My boss is retiring. It was his last day in the office, and when I tell you I told him he’s the best boss I’ve ever had, gave him a big hug, and then had to go to my office to be like 😭😩😭

I made the best grilled cheese. Cheap Italian bread from Aldi with mayo on the outside. And velveeta on the inside. So melty, perfectly crisp. Delish.
