My take on modern etiquette is EANABs (equally attractive non-alcoholic beverages) should be offered without folks needing to request them whenever alcoholic ones are

Just a friendly reminder as we go into the holidays:

Folks don't have to explain to you why they don't drink.

If you offer them a drink and they decline, don't ask them why. It's not your business.

Just offer them something without alcohol to drink instead. And move on.

A data visualization showing median annual rainfall at UK weather stations from 2012 to 2024. The chart displays twelve weather stations (Ballypatrick Forest, Bradford, Camborne, Cardiff Bute Park, Chivenor, Dunstaffnage, Eskdalemuir, Hurn, Lerwick, Newton Rigg, Stornoway Airport, and Tiree) arranged in two columns. For each station, the years 2012-2024 are shown along the x-axis, with rainfall amounts in millimeters on the y-axis (ranging from 0 to 200+ mm). Eskdalemuir recorded the highest rainfall (213.3 mm in 2020), while 2022 was notably dry across most stations. Each station's name is visualized by repeating its letters across the years, with letter height corresponding to that year's median rainfall. The most recent complete station name appears in dark blue, while earlier repetitions are shown in light blue. Blue bars at the bottom of each panel represent the year markers.
