Of course I think we have plenty of evidence now that the places that are safest to cycle are those without helmet mandates, but policy makers in some countries just aren't clever enough to work out why I guess. 😜

Incredibly someone has handed my keys in - they had a tag for my kid’s swimming lessons!
Good ride but managed to lose my keys somewhere along the way. Borrowed a ladder from a neighbour and went over the shed between our houses to get back in but if anyone finds some keys let me know - route below!

My friend lives in Roxbury NJ where ICE is trying to buy a warehouse to convert into a detention center and she says they’re trying to fight it. Apparently many of the people fighting are Trump supporters who voted for deportations but are worried the concentration camp will ruin property values.
