Has anyone done any research on the proportion of the Australian population that have ever had a passport? Currently a bit over half have an active passport, but any research on the proportion that have ever had one? I get to around 70% and change by some modeling using a lot of uncertainty

I'd say "Ngunnawal and Gungahlin" but that just identifies someone as being from out of town, not necessarily a tourist (more likely a public servant on transfer).

That's how we pronounce Gough in Gough Whitlam, too. So Aussie tourists would sneak past your radar!

I maybe ate too much lactose-free custard for dessert last night, and dreamed I was in a version of Squid Game with a similar mortality rate but it only operated during school hours so everyone who was still alive got to go home at the end of the day and come back the next day for more horrors.
