I feel that, I hit level 47 with Harlowe last night, and apparently I'm still only around 70% completion of the campaign. We've been making it our mission to get through the main story this week because a new Warframe is coming and we'll be splitting our time between the two games. x__x

Has (to me) always been such a fun aspect of the games that make the overall story of the franchise feel more alive and full.

I do want to see Ava return in the future, and I would have liked to see her as part of the returning NPCs in 4, just not in Amara's role.

Plus the relationship and banter between Zane and Amara as two members of the last set of heroes is more meaningful than it would have been between Zane (Vault Hunter) and Ava (Lost Child/Farm Fresh Siren)

Making Ava the playable Siren in 4 would have been neat, and given her that agency to already be on planet searching for Lilith, learning her newish powers (leveling up).

Amara should have always been in the role she is. The guiding siren helping you accomplish your missions and learning about

While I am sad that Ava was cut out of #Borderlands4, I'm glad that Amara has the role she does.

The previous game's playable Siren always has a large role in the next installment, and giving it to Ava would have felt... odd.
