listen my advice for learning to make comics is will. always be: try. it won't be good. don't expect it to be. that's not why you're doing it. I don't care if you wanna do art or scripts or editing or colors or lettering or what. just try it. you'll be BLOWN AWAY at what just TRYING it teaches you

Here’s a thesis, off the top of my head: comics took the wrong lessons about decompression from Ultimate Spider-Man in the same way comics took the wrong lessons about grimdark from Watchmen/DKR.
