Since July, I've tracked at least 2,300 cases in which federal judges have ruled ICE has illegally detained people without bond or due process.

This is one that stands out:

Beyond helping establish DHS itself in 2003, Mr. Mitnick was a senate-confirmed Trump choice for General Counsel for DHS in his first term. I've talked with him a few times, and he's not a man for hyperbole. So bear that in mind when you see him calling out DHS's "lawlessness, fascism, and cruelty."

"Not a single broken window, not a single injury."
"Conversely, the mass militarized force and unidentified agents who are occupying our streets, that is what weakens our country."

If initial reports are true, they shot someone who they'd wrestled to the ground. Potentially an observer. These agents must be arrested and brought to justice.

@mplsunions.bsky.social President Chelsie Glaubitz Gabiou is right: ICE is disrupting our workplaces and putting innocent working people in danger.

The labor movement’s guiding principle is solidarity. We’ll never be divided by this administration’s strategy of fear.

DHS says their agents had every right to drag a U.S. citizen half-naked out of his home because they were targeting criminals.

The family says that’s entirely false: there was no warrant, no one else lives there, and they have no link to the targets.

DHS is lying to defend unlawful abuse.
