When I was pregnant, I tried to eat well, stay healthy & protect myself from undue stress because the baby could be affected.

For this reason, ICE had a long time policy not to detain pregnant people.

But now they are detaining them, brutalizing them & denying medical attention.

Not many people are talking about the children being harmed by #ICELawlessness but it's important to talk about.

What's happening to these kids is being paid for by our tax dollars.

We're paying for the torture of children.

I know this is beyond grim, but we must let people know about this!

Two-thirds of California's power comes from clean energy.

For 9 in 10 days so far this year, we were 100% powered for some part of the day by clean energy.

The Golden State has become the world's fourth-largest economy because of our climate leadership, not in spite of it.

This can be a "darkest before the dawn" situation - where people finally understand the need for universal, single-payer healthcare and insist their candidates represent them in this fight.

Please go to hell, Chuck Schumer & all the Senate Ds who forgot why they are fighting and how to fight. Especially screw the hypocrites who wanted to vote yes on reopening but were "allowed" to vote no to preserve their image with voters.
Senate leadership is not a monarchy - now onto primaries.

Medicare for All would save $450B a year.

Every dollar spent on food stamps generates $1.50-$1.80 in economic activity.

Each dollar going to low-wage workers adds $1.20 to the economy overall.

It’s not about what this country can or can’t afford.

It’s about priorities.
