At the end of the day, the Black Lives Matter era was about whether people should be killed in the street, and lots of people decided yeah and put those little blue flags on their cars. It spread to everyone because it stopped for no one.

Once again: Focusing on their lack of training is a mistake. With "better training," their violence would simply cost more, and they would still kill whoever they wanted, but make it look more professional — to make people more comfortable, the way many of you are at ease with local police violence.

For a long time I was sad I hadn't found a trans specific space to find new friends and people but given some of what's been going around lately I'm actually pretty happy that didn't happen. Way too much policing/delineating of who isn't part of the group and bullying around that
