Most of my fics are rated T, and I personally get nervous putting them out cause they don't get put in rec lists or get high engagement unlike M or E. Sometimes I just want to read/write bad puns and fluff.

I've talked to multiple authors, both on and off the podcast, who have said stuff akin to "I didn't want to add in an explicit scene but I felt pressure to do so" sometimes that pressure was readers, sometimes knowing kudos would be lower if they didn't include an E rated scene. 1/

I've only watched a few holiday movies this year so I decided I'm just gonna put some on today in the background as I work. The theme today is Classic Hollywood and borderline Christmas films, aka they take place around the holiday but aren't always considered traditional Christmas films. +

Stede suspiciously wins the bet every year. It's three years before their friends catch onto the fuckery. #ofmd #OurFlagMeansDeath

Binders are the ONLY safe way to hide your chest as much as possible. Without binders, transmasculine folks have historically used dangerous methods such as bandages or duct tape, which are very harmful. Binder technology has revolutionized life for transmascs. They really hate us so much.

I went to a Friendsmas party last night with all queer and nerdy DnD playing people. If you would have told my completely in the closet self ten years ago that I would eventually be happy and safe out with fellow queer friends, I would have not believed you!
