I don't know that I ever wondered that specifically. I think because I've known and understood that I'm trans for so long, I think I've kinda just defaulted to thinking about child-me as being a girl already. I don't really know many people that ever knew pre-transition me

Protip: for any cis people who don’t already know, the phrase “this person” is an extremely obvious way transhobes often degender and/or misgender trans people.

you should generally not use that phrasing. especially if you are criticizing someone who happens to be trans.

I've had to have this same conversation with coworkers, team leads, friends, family. They say "I just don't care about/follow politics", but don't understand why I'm isolating myself from them, or at least act like they don't undersand. They just don't want me bringing down *their* mood

Link's efforts in community fundraising for mutual aid helped keep me off the streets. The few interactions I've had with him, he was nothing but kind and sincere. He's a good man and him being permabanned is appalling to be quite honest.
