I'm glad it worked for you! And I appreciated the character archetypes of the "missionaries" which I thought were fairly apparent but didn't need the direct over-explanation of each one. That said, big fan of how archaic their "tools" looked.

He was really good, which seems to typically be the case with him. He could have easily played it in a typical manner, utilizing his size and physical appearance, but his performance makes his character much more interesting.

My distaste for Shyamalan's style and hostage/torture flicks kept me away from this one, but Paul Tremblay's work always deserves a shot no matter the medium imho.
