Sick. Creeps.
ICE & U.S. Customs & Border Protection employed at least 30 people with sexual & violent criminal histories in recent years.

At least 20 agents committed offenses with underage victims. The bulk of abuse happened within the last two years.

This article includes names of the agents.
Here’s How Many ICE and CBP Agents Allegedly Preyed on Children
Apparently the institutions are riddled with accused sex criminals.

This is an *extremely* important story. Food pantries and mutual aid are beautiful, critical things, but the need will be greater than they can meet. People across the country are going to be forced to choose between paying for food or paying rent.

If you have PTSD, even if it isn't directly related to war, deportation or law enforcement, be extra kind to yourself right now.

Our ability to operate in a crisis often leaves us vulnerable to pushing too far and doing further psychic injury to ourselves.

A major newspaper publishing guide to help people identify the munitions their government is using against them is a real "Late Republic America" timepeice that future historians will comment on.
Here's how to identify some crowd control munitions, canisters of which federal agents have left on the ground after deploying them against people in Minnesota. bit.ly/3YWp1jE

You do yourself a moral injury when you allow yourself to act on your own worst impulses. This is BEYOND all the very realm harm you can do to actual other real people. I don’t know how else to put it.

I feel so many powerful hateful impulses to cruelty, revenge, violence, and general mayhem because of these people

I feel them, I don’t deny them, maybe I even wallow in them for a bit, and then when it comes to making decisions I put them aside like a fucking adult

I feel this so deeply, and also one thing that’s really come home to me in the last decade: one of the biggest difference between them and us is that we understand that a workable society can’t be organized in response to every reactionary emotional twitch and impulse
Definitely something to Trump Derangement Syndrome as I've spent my entire adult life loudly and passionately favor of gun control and now I want to make a big clunky old lady necklace of AR-15s
Trump: "With that being said, you can't have guns. You can't walk in with guns. You just can't. You can't walk in with guns. You can't do that. But it's just a very unfortunate incident."

The US Holocaust Museum being more outraged by Tim Walz saying that, like Anne Frank, children today are in hiding from armed agents of the state, than they are about the fact that children are in hiding from armed agents of the state, is why Holocaust remembrance culture is in crisis.

If a non-citizen neighbor gets kidnapped by ICE, you supposedly have about 4-5 hours to file a habeas petition in Minnesota to prevent ICE from shipping people to Texas. They are moving people that quickly regardless of whether or not they have legal status.

This is true for trade and for many other issues. One of the few consistent things about Trump is that he doesn’t see himself as bound by the deals he makes.

He is fundamentally untrustworthy, everyone knows it, and he is our most important representative to the world.
Back in July, I stated that Trump's tariff threats undermined the value of signing a trade "deal" with the United States. Events keep confirming this observation.
