🚨JUST IN: NATO is cooling Trump’s “Greenland deal” talk. A spokesperson says Trump and Rutte discussed Arctic security and “collective” defense—no mention of the U.S. acquiring Greenland, and no confirmation any deal exists. NATO says talks will involve Denmark, Greenland, and the U.S.

I understand the logic of providing Trump an off-ramp so he can back out with some dignity, but I think it's dangerous to do so. Each time these issues are resolved this way, he will be tempted to conduct himself this way again. What he needs is a public spanking.

I know. I know ... but we have to keep asking this to ourselves and ask out loud:

How would have the so called traditional media outlets would have reacted if an 80 year Joe Biden ranted like this?
Trump: "They didn't allow the water to come down from the Pacific Northwest. They routed the water into the Pacific Ocean. So we had no water there. No, he had -- I would say open up the water. Open it up to the governor, the mayor. They wouldn't do it. They wanted to protect a tiny little fish."

We are “foolish” not to. The potential of a Customs Union with the EU dwarfs other trade deals. Doing everything to increase trade with our nearest and biggest markets should be our priority.
The UK would be “foolish” to embrace the seemingly “simple solution” of a new customs union with the EU in an effort to boost economic growth, business secretary Peter Kyle has said despite growing fears of a trade war with Donald Trump.

Q: Did you invite Putin to be on the Board of Peace?

TRUMP: Yeah. He's been invited

Q: Thoughts on Macron saying he won't join?

TRUMP: Did he say that? Nobody wants him bc he's going to be out of office very soon. If they feel hostile, I'll put a 200% tariff on his wines & champagnes & he'll join

Just a month ago the UK agreed to a deal in which the NHS has to pay £3bn a year more for US drugs.

The only thing we got was an agreement the UK would face no tariffs.

Today that deal has been broken by the USA.

The deal must be torn up and no money stolen from the NHS.
