Paedophiles will love this - a great way to identify and target their victims.

The Palestine Action ban is now being challenged through the High Court AND the Scottish courts.

This could lead to a constitutional crisis.

This is the man who didnt know how to pay for petrol with a contactless card right?
glostermeteor.bsky.social
Well yes, so dont claim a simple fix for a complex problem as the Right are doing by blaming immigrants

Talk like that puts the Labour party in a very difficult position: try and appeal to Reform UK Ltd followers, or appeal to the people who agree with what Zack and the Greens have to say. It can't do both. They're incompatible. I hope they get the same exposure now, but I suspect they won't.

Labour have a problem. Zack is very eloquent and without the baggage of Corbyn.

Lets make different political choices says Zack Polanski.

Like taxing billionaires instead of blaming poor people.

Deafening applause as Zack Polanski tells Zia Yusuf that people's concern over immigration is because he spends all his time spreading misinformation and fear.

'Starmer framed it wrong by mentioning immigration. He never should have played that line.' He played that line because that is the only context in which he wants to deploy it, its all about being beastly to migrants and trying to pacify Reform.

Its less about Lab vs Con, and more about the fact that in their heads they can only deal with 2 opponents. Their ability to factor in multi party politics is quite limited.

If they go into boring jobs like finance and law then why not just study finance or law?

An IT engineering degree clearly has some application outside of political bullshittery, PPE doesnt as its a mickey mouse degree.

If the government really wants to scrap degrees which deliver no value to the UK and indeed have led to £ billions in damage to the economy and culture of the UK then it just needs to scrap the Oxford PPE degree and arrest everyone who has taken it.

GOV. PRITZKER: “This is a convicted felon threatening to jail me? He’s an unhinged, insecure wannabe dictator. Come and get me.”

Ha ha, he is totally deluded because the only benefits are to the govt and to hackers.

A loyalty card is not a digital ID nor is a bank card. Someone can steal both of those and the retailer at the other end has no idea who is using the card
glostermeteor.bsky.social
It wont so its a pointless question. In an ideal world I would love to have a system with no downsides and a govt that never ever screws things up but its a fantasy.

For 2024, predicting the annihilation of the Tory Party was just flat out wrong.

Polls are useful for one thing.....setting a narrative in the media and manipulating public opinion.
glostermeteor.bsky.social
And thats the problem with them they dont do a good job of projecting on to FPTP.
glostermeteor.bsky.social
I dont think they are at all accurate. Its the age old problem of doing proportional polls and extrapolating them onto a voting system that isnt proportional.
