It's a theatrical delight when 40 year olds provide the most inaccurate portrayals of The Youth possible, and I think we should stop pretending otherwise.
Oh, also in recent movie news, I got some friends of mine to watch both the original of The Blob and the 80s version.
They liked them both! Still crowd pleasers to this day, even if the original has like 40 year olds pretending to be high schoolers.

imperfections and flaws are among the most interesting thing you can get out of art and so many people are afraid and ashamed because they think their art can only be valuable if it's perfect, which ultimately leads to people turning to AI
the only good thing about genAI is that it got me to really love seeing bad art, because I know a person put in time and effort, made themselves vulnerable by showing it to others, and is trying to improve. I value that more than anything now
