One always needs a quality control inspector.
It's also a really good way to broadcast your total inability to learn and change.
They need to be told to provide evidence or sit down and shut up.
He is being way too polite. Johnson is a toadying asshole.
This gibbering fascist has no idea of the cost of care for life-threatening conditions.
Time to silence this asshole and have him living under an overpass.

It's not just that the NYT chose to ignore the massive protests -- 300,000 in their city alone! -- but that the piece they *did* run on the front page about Democrats is almost cartoonishly bad in how much it whines that they're just not doing what A.G. Sulzberger LXVII wants them to do.

"To a supremacist society, most of us are acceptable losses. Charlie Kirk is not. To a supremacist society, guns are allowed to kill most of us, and the pundits can debate later how sad our deaths were.

But guns were not supposed to kill Charlie Kirk."

Acceptable Losses
Whose deaths get to be deemed unacceptable in supremacist America, and whose are deemed necessary? And who does the deeming?

it is crazy that "the president's personal defense attorney arranged for Ghislaine Maxwell to be transferred to the federal equivalent of a resort in exchange for her official statement that Trump was not involved in fucking children" was a one-day back page story
It is difficult to "prefer" the lead driver when he qualified 6th in a race with your other driver second.

This. The whole premise of 'the international rules-based order' is that everyone *doesn't* want to be "nice" to each other.
"Put simply, the international rules-based order is based on the idea that everyone would want to be nice to each other post-war" is a truly, spectacularly dumb thing to believe.
Katie Lam tries to explain to the Sunday Times how her grandparents experience under Nazism informs her view that the postwar institutions forged after the horrors of war, dictatorship & the holicaust won't now work in our times - because "they assume everyone would want to be nice to each other"

Double checking there were no violent insurrections, beating up of cops, pro-Nazi shirts, and smearing of shit in state Capitols today across the country during the massive NO KINGS protests, right?

Because that's what Trump supporters did on January 6th to overthrow a free and fair election.
If driverless car software in any country is programmed to expect people of obey jaywalking laws...there is their first big mistake.
When the lies are so blatant, the only way to communicate them is with total conviction.

it is possible to run a newsroom that doesn’t leak, but the reporters in it have to like and respect their leadership for that to happen
Hilarious again - after failing to send Yuki Tsunoda out with enough time to attempt another lap in SQ1, Red Bull did it again with Max Verstappen in Q3.
Somebody needs an ass-kicking.
Sheesh. No, Max Verstappen is not about to win the drivers championship because of "papaya rules".
The reality is that Max currently has the fastest car, and luck is going his way.
I only watch F1TV now in case she shows up on ESPN.
Three cars into two spaces violates a fundamental rule of physics.
