Kennedy Green designed by Henriquez Partners Architects for CreateTO, Civic Developments, Windmill Developments and the Co-Operative Housing Federation of Toronto.

I get what this article is trying to do but framing improving cyclist and pedestrian safety as their responsibility (instead of the motorists that hit and kill them) annoys me. That being said, I do wear a light clipped to my shirt when walking at night. www.npr.org/2025/09/25/n...
