I've also noticed artists using chatgpt for image generation not for their art but for fun little trends like "me as a dog" or "me as a baby". Do they not understand that using it at all is bad for artists, regardless of if they are making "art" with it or not?

I cannot understand people who once made art who start using AI generators. It's like they never cared about making art at all they just care about appearing as if they are an artist.

My concern is that I'll look at the shelves and make something that fits the market 1-2 years ago when the book was being developed but not something that fits the market 1-2 years from today. Is that overthinking it?
