The USPS posting a NINE BILLION DOLLAR LOSS!!! sounds terrible. Certainly worse than if you said "USPS costs thirty dollars per person per year" even though that means the same thing and more accurately describes a government service

My husband had to reschedule a doctor appointment and the phone bot made typing noises after he answered questions. It was as hilarious as it was pointless. Ultimately, he had to be transferred to a “specialist” (human) anyway because the bot couldn’t suss out his clearly spelled name. 🤡$$🤡
