I spoke in Parliament today to challenge the misinformation from those claiming this tribunal as a 'win' for the anti-trans agenda.
In fact it found Ms Peggie harassed a colleague for being trans, and it dismissed almost all her claims.
It also found that trans segregation is not supported in law.

Much of the media coverage has missed key information, the most important aspect being that all claims against Dr Beth Upton were dismissed

Remember: the EHRC's Interim Guidance, and we understand the draft statutory guidance too, recommended a trans bathroom ban. Two tribunals have now disagreed.

if WOC were barred it would be a white women's conference. if queer women were barred it would be a straight women's conference. if you bar any group of women from a women's conference, you do not have a women's conference, you have a conference of female people who are ok with prejudice.

Has Labour done any actual governing since the 2024 general election? Policy has seemingly been outsourced to the US government and our rightwing tabloids. Our regulators have been thoroughly captured by anti-trans hate groups (EHRC) or the very industries they're supposed to regulate (Ofwat etc.)
