He’s just a young Larry david x100 without the relatable foibles. Super cringey comedy but I like it. There’s some gold in it. I said to my husband last night though you really need to binge it or people will move on and not want to go back to it week to week. I’m a very elderly millennial
You have a right to move if you don’t like your neighbors and that’s about it.

Over 71 million Americans are paid less than a living wage, and are forced into social safety nets like SNAP.

If you think too many people are receiving SNAP benefits, don’t shame them.

Shame their employers paying them poverty wages and forcing taxpayers to subsidize the rest.
I learned this from being around my south Asian bestie growing up. Everyone were her cousins and aunts, but they had no blood relation, just all were lifeline friends and some of them came from the same areas in India, some they met in the US
I paid $145k in taxes last year. No one paid me to protest. He can go to hell.
I wonder if anyone has the balls to show this graph to Trump with Biden’s and Obama’s names above him. I think even he could grasp this for a minute, of course then his protective narcissist inner monologue would scream out “it’s fake!”
Does this even make sense with more context?
Sounds like enough money for health subsidies, Medicaid, and snap. The us had its great jump in the national debt this year- 1 trillion in one month last month. Under Trump.
Republicans can cave on snap. The money for that is sitting in the bank, ready to go, it’s not a hard decision. The optics are really bad for republicans on that. States have money they can pretty easily funnel money into food, healthcare not so much.
Hell no. The republicans can get rid of the filibuster if they want. Not caving to this is the only power the dems have left. Republicans will not negotiate later, they cannot be trusted, they used their one tool to get the crappy BBB passed and they can’t use that tool again on this

They introduced legislation to ban weather controlling chem trails.

They’re trying to ban a fantasy that doesn’t exist from a conspiracy theory that isn’t true.

We’re so beyond rational argument you should just start accusing them of trafficking fairy dust to the continent of Houston or something
lol yeah stayed up too late to write that but couldn’t help myself I guess
The most important thing to know though is if you think you have shingles, get it looked at right away because there is a med but it is more effective the earlier you get on it
then you can get shingrix at 50. I used not recommend it too strongly because it was expensive but that has changed the past couple years. This new data is encouraging.
If you want to know for sure you can request an antibody test to see if you ever had it and then make your decision.
If you are antibody negative you might actually want to consider chicken pox vaccination if you’re under 65 (that’s just the age it’s approved to) rather than shingles vaccine,
Ive had shingles twice (very mild though). Generally it’s assumed you’ve had it if you were born before 1980. If you got the chicken pox vaccine, there is a tiny chance you could get shingles from the strain they used in the vaccine so even those people can get the shingles vaccine at 50.
Basically if you’ve never had chicken pox you can’t get shingles. However, depending on how old you are, those in certain age groups have had it, even if you don’t remember, and that could be anyone as young as ~30 since the vaccine didn’t come out until 1995. I was born in 1983 and had it in 1989.
This got me thinking a little and I couldn’t find any case reports of people getting chicken pox from shingles exposure. It’s practically not contagious. I tell my patients to cover it if they’re going to be around someone at risk but they don’t really have to avoid anything.
Their hubris and incompetence will be their downfall. I’ve been saying for months that they could have done a lot damage and made plenty of money quietly but they are over playing their hand. They think they’re the hand that feeds us but in the end they need us
Hepatitas is Spanish for tiny livers
I explain to the parents the science, what I’ve seen, why I’m against it as a provider, and that I don’t think I am the doctor they want if my medical knowledge and their medical beliefs don’t align
My anecdodata is that families that elect to do thi always get behind, it eats up time my nurses don’t have to administer them this way, parents never stay on track and the kids fall behind. I have a couple that couldn’t start school on time. I don’t allow it anymore
Yeah I heard a stat today that roughly 25% of snap monies go back to Walmart
