I haven't noticed any regret in her behaviors.
For example, she has participated in the gutting and takeover of Kennedy Center.
She doesn't get a free pass for being a woman or person of color. I would and do condemn anyone in a position of power who acts as she does.

HHS has eliminated EVERY SINGLE SAFEGUARD FOR DATA PROTECTION AT CDC. Giving data to CDC is no longer safe and puts your residents at risk.

Unless and until all CDC’s data protections are restored you should consider CDC a bad actor.
