Wave bye bye to your NFT
From chimpan-A to chimpanzee
NFTs are amazing because you apparently “own” them but the AWS outtage yesterday took out everyones apes lol
Yep, gonna see a lotta DEI honkey recruits.
Now they will lower the standards. Watch.
We had the chance in November.
The destruction of the East Wing really bums me out in a way that I wasn't expecting.

I guess some of it is about the destruction of history. But I think it's mostly about the feeling of helplessness. There's nothing we can do to stop him.

Nobody is coming to save us. And it's going to get worse.

I mean, he was being all Black and everything.
I remember when Obama put up some art, and the Fox News crowd went batshit insane accusing him of "desecrating the sanctity of the White House."

Supreme Court to rule on whether or not violating the constitution is unconstitutional.
"Oh, you're still alive?
You win!"
The Trump Doctrine: If a supposed “narco terrorist” survives our attempt to kill him, we send him home and let him go free.

Kind of makes it look like they didn’t have sufficient proof to present in court.
Cut that "will of the people" crap.
Ernst: "I think it is extremely important that we look at who is funding these protests. We have to get to the bottom of this. It could be the usual suspect -- George Soros."

Wake up, babe, the least subtle visual metaphor in history just dropped
He's a bully.

He's a goddamned bully.

"Research has shown that, inside some companies, workers begin to see their colleagues who use generative AI as less creative, even less trustworthy."
Hi. I wrote an essay about AI slop: How it feels like an invasive species for the internet. How its boosters describe building a future that’s devoid of craft. How frictionlessness can be nihilistic & how this stuff seems to leach part of our shared humanity out of the world. I hope you'll read it.

The slop is winning.

This may make a lot of people whose opinions I respect very angry, but:

It is because of this that I stand strongly on "the gamerunner is not a player, and the distinction between GM and player matters." The GM has responsibilities that players don't share and lack the perspective TO share.
Game runner, whether tabletop or LARP, is a position of responsibility and only has authority/power to the extent necessary to carry out those responsibilities. When this is understood, it’s good for the players, and helps the experience.

There’s a not-niche corollary. Of course.
Do you have any extremely niche, but serious, ethical stances?
"Trump fires on own VP, film at eleven."
Live munitions from a Marine Corps anniversary demonstration over the I-5 freeway struck JD Vance's protective detail after detonating prematurely.

The White House intended for the highway to remain open during the demo, but Gov. Newsom shut it down for safety.

How much you wanna bet "Islamist" is just the worst thing he could think of to call someone?
Chip Roy: "The truth is the marxist, radicals, and Islamists the Democratic Party promoted this weekend, they cannot handle the truth. The truth is that there is a king and that king is Jesus. And the president has been willing to say it, & Charlie Kirk was willing to say it & he got killed for it."

I've said it before, but to me it goes beyond Trump simply lying. The man is governing over an alternate reality fueled by a steady diet of disinformation and AI slop fed to him by Stephen Miller. It's scary that our President is making decisions based on situations that don't actually exist.
Perhaps I'm crazy, but I tend to think that it's a bad thing when the President lies about things we can all see. And it's *not great* that many in the media are so eager to let him play up those lies.
President Denies Reality Of Massive Nationwide Protests While Posting Videos of Himself Dumping Shit On Citizens

"The party told you to reject the evidence of your eyes and ears. It was their final, most essential command…. And if all others accepted the lie which the Party imposed–if all records…

"...UNUSUAL." 😏
"The decision to fire live artillery shells from the oceanfront training area was described as unusual by an active-duty Marine artillery officer and a former Marine artillery noncommissioned officer who spoke on the condition of anonymity because they feared reprisal. "

At this point?

Why the fuck not.

He's bulldozed the institution metaphorically, may as well be literal.
