The victims were NOT "young women". They were CHILDREN.
As such, they were not capable of giving legal consent. Sex without consent is rape.

Should be simple to address. The Trump administration just has to lean upon their reputation for truth telling and frank candor, and forthrightly deny the allegations with a verifiable, consistently presented alibi that stands up to scrutiny.
