well, grizz have largely stunk to watch for 2+ years as they actively got worse so that they could sign jaren to a huge extension, then traded him immediately after said extension, and now are MUCH worse after trading the best player and fun role players, but at least we got an A- from Pelton.

If I'm counting it all up right, the Grizzlies have turned Desmond Bane and Jaren Jackson Jr. into Cedric Coward, five first-round picks (plus a swap), about $17.5M in expiring contracts and the biggest trade exception in NBA history. Lots of raw materials to work with, at least.
