A year and a half ago a sweet elder woman gave me a miniature flag at a rally in support of Boston’s Haitian community.
So many drivers have honked and waved, school crossing guards and bus drivers cheer it, and parents at my kid’s school smile at it.
Haitian-Americans make Boston a better city. ❤️
