The bad news is that this site is almost certainly filled with feds by now. The good news is that we can give them all fetishes that will absolutely make them question their entire lives. This is the plot to pretty much every Grant Morrison comic by the way.

Democrats are endlessly debating about trans girls in sports, while the right is narrowing in on trying to ban HRT for all ages.

And then liberals get angry at trans people who shut down their concern trolling about "polls."

How much polling do you need to oppose genocidal policies?
Kevin Roberts, President of The Heritage Foundation, claims that evidence suggests a correlation between undergoing Trans Medical Care and acts of violence.

He states Heritage's public policy solution is to ban it for all ages and they're willing to work towards this goal on an incremental basis.

Put the GOP on the defensive. That's how you fight back. Reframe the 'fairness' issue, tar the GOP with the messy realities of how these policies would be implemented, make them defend the indefensible.

I don't think the Dems have much to lose here, frankly.

Roger Miller famously had to quit music for a while because of tinnitus, so that's his thing.
Mission of Burma prefaced their set with encouragement to wear earplugs? That’s pretty great.

I mean if you're going to suffer permanent hearing loss, it should be for a really fucking cool reason but that's cold comfort. I am still paying the price for the shit I did during my alcoholic 20s.
Haven't yet met a trans woman who regretted the decision to transition.

But, wow, have I met a lot of fellow trans women who have regretted not wearing earplugs at concerts! I apologize to the members of Mission Of Burma for saying "no" to them when they came to town. I was wrong! You were right!

I wonder how much of my musical tastes have been altered by living in Florida. Growing up in sandy beaches made me receptive to surf music and Jimmy Buffett in a way that I think may be alien to those who grew up in land-locked states.

I was always near water.

It's not enough to oppress us - it's vital that they attempt to convince the audience (and us, if possible) that we're responsible for our own oppression.

That what they did to us was just a natural reaction to us being too loud, or demanding too much. They've done it to EVERY minority group.
I don't know how you can honestly look at the last 7 years of thousands of anti-trans bills, a billion in anti-trans spending, laser focus by right wing think tanks, and billionaires personally engaged in the effort and think that all of this is a backlash to some trans people being mean online.

I mean, it's bigger than Lorne. But Lorne is a PROBLEM. I won't forget him putting Trump on late night and giving him a microphone.
Everything about it was awful, and it’s hateful that Michaels is still punishing her for following her conscience.

I realized that growing up. "I thought we were in it for the solidarity."

"Oh no. I just like being allowed to say swears and see boobs on the TV."

Which, I mean, YES. Me too! But after the initial shockwaves there's nothing inherently subversive about that.
Not dissimilar from the hippie movement - most people weren't in it for the radical politics, they were in it for vague anti-establishment vibes and perceived subversiveness.

I am starting to understand a lot more about these particular teams.
Minority owners of FOUR NBA teams are profiting directly from business deals with the DHS concentration camp industrial complex.

Those teams are Atlanta, Sacramento, Charlotte, and Minnesota.

My maternal grandmother babysat me all the time growig up and I became very clsoe to her. She was a Georgia O'Keefe type, half artist/half archeologist. She also, uh, occasionally did drag? I remember her hobo persona but this was a recent discovery.
