In Trainz Simulator 2009 (i think) if you got a steam locomotive above 20mph and quickly threw the reverser into full reverse, the boiler pressure would int overflow and make the train accelerate to hundreds of miles an hour until it ran out of fuel and permanently stop with the wheels missing
i was going through my X archives and found this by @superpodsaga.com, which I qrt'd at some point years ago

In Trainz Simulator 2009 (i think) if you got a steam locomotive above 20mph and quickly threw the reverser into full reverse, the boiler pressure would int overflow and make the train accelerate to hundreds of miles an hour until it ran out of fuel and permanently stop with the wheels missing

Cianwood city in Pokemon is only reached by swimming across the ocean on certain compatible species. If you use the center, deposit your swimming Pokemon on the mainland, then use the field move Teleport, in theory you'd be trapped. If this happens, an NPC in the center gives you a free Tentacool.
