So, the case of the UK trans woman being sentenced to prison time for a cis man's embarassment reminded me of a case a few months ago in the U.S. (New York?) where a trans woman was prosecuted for a similar charge, but I can't keyword it to find it.

"Biological" when used to describe trans people is solely a way to signal, at BEST, "I [mistakenly] believe science says trans people are delusional freaks," but just as often means, "I can misgender you and even some of your allies will defend my right to do so, tranny."

Biological markers that we associate with "sex" exist but the variations they can take within ppl are FAR more diverse than you realize

"Biological sex" in practice means "The genitals you had when you were born, but make it sound science-y"
