I mean, the crime of the week format was the most effective camouflage possible, but a prestige tv twelve episode story would also work.

Using Captain America The First Avenger as an example, any modern tank can become an experimental wonder weapon if you paint it Black and put a skull transfer on it.

I played Palladium games for maybe three or four years, Palladium are company that even then felt like they were on the brink of collapse through their own hubris.
