After 50,000 miles, I’ve needed a mechanic once. This was in tiny “town” surrounded by National Forest. The shop replaced the starter battery (which is a regular car ignition battery) with ease and i was back on the road…

EV’s require *very* little maintenance.

The @nytimes.com estimate of fast charging costs is much higher than I’ve ever experienced.

I fast charge exclusively & live in CA, the state with the highest electricity rates in the lower 48 states. 100 miles of range costs about $12.

4 gallons of gas costs about $17-18.

Someone should ask Mike what happens when ICE abducts the taxpaying brown people who drive the ambulances, triage incoming patients, tend to the fentanyl overdoses, or sweep the hospital floors? Who pays then?
