I always liked Aziz, even tried my best to see his side of the metoo thing. I thought maybe he needed the money bc his career fell off, but then it happened at the same time he had a movie hitting the theaters! His career was coming back and he may have ruined it. So disconnected from the public.

yeah, dude, what a letdown. Based on the reported figures, it wasn't even life changing money for him at this stage in his career. And worse to hear him doing the song and dance defending them, which is a requirement of this "one time gig."

Second, since Dave joined the show 3 1/2 years ago, they’ve had their highest ratings in the 30 year history of the Hardline. And it’s not even close. They’ve always been #1, but this run has put them wayyyy high. Just letting u know

They did a much better job talking about it on IJB. Jake's all over the place, calling out Dan and Blake for wanting to do "gay" social media stuff, but he pussyfoots around topics that may be sponsor hot topics. On the CHI livestream Kent was about to hit the CK topic and Jake abruptly cut him off.

Trying to send in outside troops against a state's wishes is ofc a significant escalation and meaningful line crossed, but civil war isn't two armies meeting up on a grassy battlefield anymore--what does civil war look like in 2025? Is this already what it looks like?

Kind of feels like feds occupying our city for a month, killing one person and shooting another while attacking neighborhoods with chemical weapons and kidnapping hundreds of people already counts as a civil war whether the Guard arrives or not, but what do we know?
