At the salon today a worker thought it was safe to talk about JD Vance, and I can tell you they girlies do
Not like Erika and do not like him cheating. She even said she likes Charlie but she does not like or respect Erika wearing hot pants and touching a married man like that.
Yup. Sitting In silence now.
Goodbye listening to this Wall Street guy #msnbc

This is the president of the United States taking a break from gold-and-marble interior renovations to say he’ll defy a court order to feed hungry Americans.

Nero would be proud.

That is OUR food.
Those are OUR tax dollars.
It is OUR White House.
It is OUR Social Security.
They profit off OUR labor.
That is OUR disability insurance.
WE pay for OUR Medicare.
We pay for ALL OF IT.
It is OUR government.
They stole it.
It is TIME to overthrow them.
He spoke up too and I can’t say that abut many republicans or his weak ass president he served under.
So he isn’t releasing the even half the money??

There are no words. Hungry kids are not a bargaining chip. Choosing to let millions go hungry is unspeakably cruel.
I thought the whole chain ended years ago.

The president of the United States thinks asylum-seekers come from mental asylums.

He says it in almost every interview where the topic of migration comes up.

How is this not 25th Amendment territory? How is he not an embarrassment to this entire country?
When he’s out of congress I wonder if he will still cosplay in that flannel and vest.

Political AF: Teen Vogue axing most of their political journalists.
I was laid off from Teen Vogue today along with multiple other staffers, and today is my last day.

certainly more to come from me when the dust has settled more, but to my knowledge, after today, there will be no politics staffers at Teen Vogue.

Holder: The Supreme Court is a broken institution. And it’s something that has to be part of the national conversation in ’26 and in ’28.

If there is a Democratic trifecta in 2028—and I think the possibility of that is pretty good—Supreme Court reform has to be on the table.

“We were making a Jewish story,” said Norman Jewison, “but I wanted it to mean something universal — so that millions of people .. could see themselves in this story. It comes down to tradition and change,.. faith and family — that’s everywhere.”

So CBS settled Trump’s lawsuit where he frivolously sued because they edited Kamala Harris’s interview so it would fit into their air time.

Then CBS does a 73 minute interview of Trump where they made big edits from the version that was broadcast.

They aired 28 of 73 minutes.

it's time for journos to start asking Johnson meta questions

"Speaker, on 5 occasions last week you said 'I haven't seen it' when asked about news events w/big implications for public policy. Do you ever read the news, and do you agree it's problematic for the Speaker to be so woefully uninformed?"

I would like for national political reporters to place a moratorium on “But what will voters in the rest of America think about New York City’s socialist mayor?” We don’t care! Red states are notably full of psycho politicians yet rarely do you see pundits asking Brooklyn people about them.

There’s no question in my mind he is. He’s from a red county. He has only membership on a planning board as his political history. He married very recently. His online presence is also very young. And he has multiple Nazi coded tats.

Somehow Bernie fell for this.

Between what came before and what happened tonight, Dems ought to treat encounters with CBS reporters as presumptively hostile and untrustworthy. A small thing, but there’s no way out of this disaster if the party continues helplessly submitting to unequal treatment from ~all mediating institutions.
