I’ve brought my exercise both inside and outside the past three days & my body is toast. I I’ve basically dipped my entire body with lidocaine. Trying to get back into fitness in your 30s is not for the weak.

I didn’t realize it was so cold outside because I’ve been working all day. Take the dogs to the park and realize it’s frigid outside (feels like 25 degrees) so I’m like F*CK I’m already here. So I had the brilliant idea to jog/sprint around with the dogs to stay warm.
