Sorry to hear that any woman who's had a hysterectomy is automatically a man, now. Sperm hitting a dead-end makes you a bloke, time to change the gender marker on all your documents and choose a male name.

What's that Barbara? Your husband jizzed in a condom? Guess you're Brad, now. Happy birthday.
Just because fascists are running the show again, doesn't mean we need to dance to their tune.

Wealth hoarders and single-issue hate groups are joining hands to shape politics the World over.

For life to improve for the many, the absolute bare minimum we must do, is speak truth to power.

It's actually pretty shocking how, until recently, no one with a platform made the point of how ridiculous it is to think that v wealthy ppl would completely upend their lives just cause they'd be made to pay 2% of their vast wealth, which they can't use anyway (as they have more than they can spend)

Next Spring will be 12 years since my boobs and 10 years since my nose.

The only 2 cosmetic procedures I had done after my op; the boobs to make it easier to find clothes that fit and the nose because I always wanted a cuter profile.

Affirming treatment has allowed me to live a much fuller life!

The BBC have stated in this guide that the only reason they wouldn't use preferred terminology, is for editorial reasons, i.e. they will cave to bigotry and bias if the editor dictates it.

ARE JUDGES HEARING THE DOG WHISTLE?

Here I discuss how due to linguistic ‘slippage’, in many instances judges seem to be oblivious to the hidden meanings in dog whistles. Eg gender ideology = gender identity.

1. A landmark study was just published in The Journal of Pediatrics.

It found a 68% reduction in suicidality for trans youth getting HRT.

It also found only 7 of more than 400 stopped taking HRT... and of those that did, 4 still identified as gender-diverse.

Transgender care saves lives.
Study In The Journal Of Pediatrics Finds Trans Youth Care Lowers Suicidality, Few Detransition
The groundbreaking study found that suicidality dropped for transgender youth receiving hormone therapy by nearly 70%, with only 7 patients of 432 discontinuing treatment.

My first car, age 31.

We bought it after it'd been in an accident and I spent a few years and far too much money fixing it up, then sold it for basically nothing, to buy an old van.

Damn I miss my little Beastie!

Fully expecting to start receiving communications referring to me in the masculine, soon, from official sources.

Been having nightmares about a future where everything is very confusing, because everyone is referring to me by terms and names I don't recognise as related to me 😅

Argh!

It feels worth mentioning that Graham Linehan’s harassment literally continued in the courtroom, as he repeatedly misgendered Sophia, and referred to her as “Tarquin”, a fictional deadname he made up for her as part of his harassment campaign. The judge was complicit in this harassment happening.
I wonder if I spent all day, every day, for years, calling Graham Linehan - or the judge - a nonce and then, when I saw him in the street screamed it in his face and smashed his phone, would a judge find I had done no harassing?

And that's not even factoring in the age of his victim

Trans erasure in full swing, at the BBC.
In the span of a hour, they stealth edited the article from trans woman to "biological male who identifies as a woman." The BBC isn't fit for purpose.
It looks like that BBC page has been updated in the last few minutes, so that's no longer the last sentence. I think part of it has been moved to this paragraph in the middle of the article, and the age is no longer mentioned:

The BBC have been promoting anti-trans voices for at least a decade, via Newsnight no less.

The idea that they've ever been "too pro-trans" is utterly absurd.

Weird how if you’re trans and 17 and seeking gender care you’re a “child,” but if you’re assaulted by a 57-year-old man you’re an “activist”

I don't know the criminal standard specifically but Linehan did say *in court* that he was motivated by the victim's status as a trans person. If a clear statement of explicit prejudice isn't enough then you need a new standard.

Calling for + perpetrating violence against and harassment of trans people, has legal precedent now.

Gender indentity is no longer a protected characteristic in law, if anti-trans activists can legally go out of their way to attack someone based, purely on their being trans.

Thousands of people raise legitimate concerns of lack of impartiality/anti-trans bias, nothing taken seriously. A single biased, bigoted individual with money and influence says the BBC isn't right-wing and bigoted enough, the BBC gets grilled by MPs.

Joke country.

Who knew alleviation of extreme poverty could stop people being homeless?!? Utterly inconceivable...
An Oregon pilot program giving cash to homeless youths sees a staggering reduction in homelessness. The program gave participants $1,000 cash payments each month for two years, and at the end of the project's first phase, 91% of participants reported being in stable housing.

Kinda bizarre to hear from my friend many years ago about how Lawrence Krauss had groped her in an elevator when she was helping to run a Skeptics conference in Manchester, then seeing him messaging Jeffrey Epstein about similar accusations, in the recent email drop.
