I have never been big on a "rivalry" between the two publishers. I like comics from both houses, and have criticisms for both. (Marvel only gets an edge right now because they did boost CrossGen Comics after it closed).

(I'm just admin. The contraction of non-profit work means that these jobs will probably get filled fairly soon, because very few non-profits can fund positions. It stresses everyone else out a lot, though).

Me: It's not great to say, but on the bright side, the people you need to replace are probably more desparate than me.

Something that a lot of people either missed or have forgotten is that over the past two years there's been a massive gap between what people *intended* to communicate and how their words were heard, and that contributed to the phenomenon discussed below.

I can’t help but think today about how many young people were savaged on social media, branded as anti-semites and abandoned by their schools for daring to call for a ceasefire. I remember saying that it was the first time I can remember that calling for ceasefire was regarded as a hostile demand.
