NEW: Counsel for James Comey confirms that his defense team plans to file a motion challenging the lawfulness of Lindsey Halligan’s appointment as interim U.S. Attorney.

Motion will be heard and decided by an out-of-district judge.

The Court advised at arraignment that such motion will require designation
of and assignment to an out-of-district judge to hear and resolve that motion. See 28
U.S.C. § 292(b); Minute Order, ECF No. 19 (Oct. 8, 2025). Thus, in the interest of efficiency and to avoid any unnecessary delay in such process, Mr. Comey files the
instant Notice to formally alert the Court.

Last year, we wrote about survivor Taylor Cadle. When she was 12, she told police she’d been raped. They said she was lying and charged her with false reporting. She then took the extraordinary measure of recording the next act of abuse.

Now, Taylor has legal counsel and filed a lawsuit.

Bernie Kerik is one of the worst characters of our time. He was carrying on an affair as police commissioner using an apartment specially reserved for 9/11 crews clearing debris from Ground Zero. He was a convicted felon and helped wreck Iraq. He deserved precisely zero tributes in public life.

A mom in Houston reported her 15-year-old son with autism missing. She spent 6 days terrified, searching for him. The whole time, Houston police knew exactly where he was since they helped ICE place him in a refugee facility.

This is beyond cruel.
