Judging by pickup trucks with correctly aimed headlights the venn diagram of pickup owners and screwdriver owners is two completely separate circles.

Quick look at Amazon suggests you to could have a bidet for the cost of one bulk purchase of toilet paper (though if you can afford it and have an outlet near by go for the more expensive electric heated kind).
